PRAGUE, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Czech Unipetrol hascompleted the purchase of a 16.3 percent in its refining unitCeska Rafinerska from Royal Dutch Shell for $27.2million, the petrochemical group said on Friday.
Unipetrol, majority-owned by Polish PKN Orlen, thusraised its stake in Rafinerska to 67.6 percent from 51.2percent, the company said.
