LONDON (Alliance News) - Unicorn AIM VCT PLC on Thursday said its offer closed fully subscribed, having raised GBP15 million plus another GBP10 million through an over-allotment facility.
The allotment of shares will be based on the venture capital trust's net asset value at the end of March.
The subscription was launched at the end of January, offering a maximum of 25 million shares at a price range of between 149.4 pence and 155.8p each.
Shares in Unicorn AIM VCT closed down 0.8% at 129.00p on Thursday.
