UNITED NATIONS, Sept 16 (Reuters) - United Nations Yemenenvoy Martin Griffiths told the U.N. Security Council on Mondaythat it was "not entirely clear" who was behind Saturday'sattack on Saudi oil facilities but he said it had increased thechances of a regional conflict.
"It's not entirely clear who was behind the attack, but thefact that Ansar Allah has claimed responsibility is bad enough,"Griffiths told the council, using the official name of Yemen'sHouthi group. "This extremely serious incident makes the chancesof a regional conflict that much higher."(Reporting by Michelle Nichols; Editing by Angus MacSwan)
