Nanoco Group PLC - quantum dots developer - Promotes Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Brian Tenner as chief executive officer with immediate effect. Will replace Michael Edelman, who stepped down to become special advisor. Tenner has been part of Nanoco for two years since 2018.

Alien Metals Ltd - minerals exploration and development in Western Australia and Mexico - Appoints Technical Director Bill Brodie Good as chief executive officer with immediate effect. Good has been part of Alien Metals since July 2019.

Verditek PLC - London-based company producing solar panels - Appoints Tim Bowen as chief financial officer with immediate effect. "I am delighted Tim Bowen is joining us at Verditek. His experience on AIM and his understanding of the opportunities in clean energy will be invaluable," said Non-Exec Chair Willetts.

Metal Tiger PLC - natural resource investor - Appoints Adrian Bock as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing Malcolm Bacchus who was employed on part-time basis. Bock was most recently CFO for solar power services provider d.light Design Ltd, and is currently managing director of ALB Capital Ltd. In other news, has committed to invest further AUD150,000 in Pan Asia Metals Ltd, bringing the total commitment amount to AUD650,000 for 3.3 million shares as part of Pan Asia's ASX IPO. Also, Metal Tiger has subscribed for 3.0 million shares in ASX-listed bauxite developer Canyon Resources Ltd for AUD300,000 in total.

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based provider of investment platform Transact for financial advisers - Executive Director Ian Taylor to step down from role with effect on February 26. Taylor has been part of company for 21 years since 1999.

Ted Baker PLC - upmarket clothing retailer - Appoints Colin La Fontaine Jackson as non-executive director with immediate effect. Has been appointed as nominee director for founder Ray Kelvin.

Tex Holdings PLC - Suffolk-based engineering and plastics manufacturing group - Appoints Ian Ross as chief financial officer with immediate effect, following resignation of Chris Parker after 28 years in service since 1992.

Future PLC - magazines publisher - Appoints Mark Brooker as non-executive director with effect from October 1. His most recent executive role was as chief operating officer of travel booking firm Trainline PLC.

Glenveagh Properties PLC - Irish housebuilder - Non-Executive Director Barbara Judge dies following period of illness, Had been part of company board for three years since 2017.
