XP Power Ltd - Berkshire-based supplier of power control components for electronics industry - Penny Peters, wife of Chair James Peters, sells 100,000 shares at average 4,271.61 pence on Tuesday and 50,000 shares at 4,300p on Thursday, and Christine Penny, wife of Chief Executive Officer Duncan Penny, sells 100,000 shares at average 4,195.66p on Thursday. Together, the share sales are worth GBP10.6 million.

Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, Surrey-based motor insurance - Claims Director Trevor Webb and wife Kelly Web sell 344,285 shares at average 280.22p, worth GBP964,755, on Wednesday. The Webbs now have 1.2 million shares, a 0.5% stake.
