UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: RELX Director Buys USD228,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

RELX PLC - London-based publishing company - Director Andrew Sukawaty acquires 10,000 shares at a price of USD22.88 each, totalling USD228,830. It has not been disclosed how many shares Sukawaty holds following this transaction, which was completed on Monday.

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC - veterinary products firm - Director Lisa Bright purchases 788 shares at a price of 3,252 pence each, worth GBP25,626. Following this acquisition, Bright's interest in the company is 788 shares.

Centamin PLC - gold mining company - Chief Financial Officer Ross Jerrard buys 15,000 shares at a price of 147.88p each, worth GBP22,182. Following this transaction, which was completed on Monday, Jerrard will hold a total of 365,000 shares, representing 0.03% stake.

Photo-Me International PLC - Surrey, England-based photobooths operator - Tibergest Pte Ltd, which is closely associated with Chief Executive & Deputy Chair Serge Crasnianski, buys 200,000 shares ta a price of 50p each, worth GBP100,000. Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest, and as a result of the transaction, which was completed on Tuesday, Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have increased their interest to 97.6 million shares, representing 26% stake.

Hunting PLC - supplier to the oil and gas industry - Chief Executive Jim Johnson buys 50,000 shares at a price of 122.00p each, totalling GBP61,000. In addition, Finance Director Bruce Ferguson acquires 14,000 shares at 122.6p each, totalling GBP17,164. Both transaction were completed on Monday. Johnson's beneficial holding is 367,629 shares, representing 0.2% stake, while Ferguson's holding is 101,835 shares, representing 0.06% stake.

Kingswood Holdings Ltd - investment adviser - Non-Executive Director David Hudd purchases 100,000 shares at a price of 30p each, worth GBP30,000. Following this transaction, which was completed on Tuesday, Hudd holds 500,000 shares in the firm, representing 0.2% stake.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - energy and multi-utility services provider - Bayford Group, which is closely associated with Non-Executive Director Jonathan Turner, buys 1.1 million shares at a price of 37.5p each, totalling GBP403,125. Following this purchase, which was completed on Friday last week, the Bayford Group and its connected parties - controlled by Jonathan Turner - are beneficially interested in 32.4 million shares, representing 15% stake.

Impellam Group PLC - staffing services provider - Chair Michael Ashcroft buys 50,000 shares at a price of 210p each, worth GBP105,000. It has not been disclosed how many shares Ashcroft holds following this purchase, which was completed on Wednesday. In addition, Director Timothy Metcalfe acquires 15,302 shares at an average price of 286.23p in four transactions on Wednesday. Jane Metcalfe, meanwhile, acquires 7,504 shares at an average price of 299.00p in two transaction, also on Wednesday. Director Ian Dighe buys 16,500 shares at a price of 300p each, worth GBP49,500, in a transaction on Wednesday. The resulting holding was not reported.
