MJ Gleeson PLC - Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills buys 300,000 shares, worth GBP1.8 million, via Harwood Capital LLP. The purchase was part of the housebuilder's GBP16.4 million equity raise on Wednesday, issuing 2.7 million new shares at 600p. Gleeson also said Chief Executive Officer James Thomson, Chief Financial Officer Stefan Allanson and non-executive directors Fiona Goldsmith and Andrew Coppel had bought 28,166 placing shares in aggregate.
