(Alliance News) - Investment company UIL Ltd on Wednesday said that it has appointed Stuart Bridges as an independent non executive director with immediate effect.
The company said Bridges will also be appointed chair of the company's Audit & Risk and Management Engagement Committees.
Bridges - a chartered accountant - currently serves as non executive director of Caledonia Investments PLC and RateSetter, the trading name of Retail Money Market Ltd. His previous roles included chief financial officer of Nex Group PLC and Hiscox PLC.
UIL shares closed at 254.48 pence each in London on Wednesday.
