Two Companies Modify Healthcare Company BTG Stake After Deals (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - BTG PLC on Friday said that two companies modified their holdings in the healthcare firm.

Woodford Investment Management Ltd lowered its stake to less than 5% from a previous 9.98% in a deal completed on Thursday.

Meanwhile after a deal on the same day, BlackRock Inc was left with a current holding of 5.16%. The firm's previous stake in the company was not disclosed.

BTG shares closed down 3.1% at 826.22 pence each.
