TT Electronics chairman ups stake

Sean Watson, chairman of TT Electronics, has upped his stake in the sensor and electronic component technology firm, buying a total of 12,550 shares for £29,221.In two separate transactions, Watson bought 7,550 shares at 166.5p per share and a further 10,000 at the same price, 5,000 of which were attributed to a Mrs S Watson.The chairman now owns 158,000 shares, equal to 0.1% of the group.The share price has performed well over the last 12 months, surging over 75%.The group announced last month that pre-tax profits for 2010 climbed to £25.2m, compared with a loss of £16.6m in 2009.
