Tue, 23rd Nov 2021 14:37

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Bezant Resources PLC- copper-gold exploration and development company - Enters into GBP1 million loan funding facility with Sanderson Capital Partners. The loan is described by Bezant as a "standby facility as a potential additional source of working capital for the company in a period when 18 months on Covid-19 is still with us and the funding market for junior exploration companies can be subject to market volatility". The loan is convertible on fixed conversion terms at increasing prices of 0.19 pence per share, 0.225p per share and 0.25p per share over three tranches.

----------

Trifast PLC - Uckfield, England-based industrial fastenings firm - Resumes interim dividend at 0.70 pence per share after strong first half of growth. For six months ended September 30, pretax profit almost doubles to GBP5.3 million from GBP2.7 million a year before. Revenue climbs 28% to GBP103.8 million from GBP81.0 million a year earlier.

"Demand across all sectors is strong and our order pipeline has never been higher. Increasing opportunities for expansion into key emerging technologies continue to fuel growth, supplemented by new contract wins across a range of existing and new multinational original equipment manufacturers and tier one customers," comments Chief Executive Mark Belton.

----------

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham-based renewable energy utility - Subsidiary Zap-Map partners with electric vehicle charging firm Allstar Business Solutions to provide a payment solution for fleets with electric vehicles. The agreement supports Allstar in enhancing its on-the-road charging offering to its customers through additional features in the Zap-Map app, Good Energy says. "Providing the right tools for businesses and simple payment solutions for fleet drivers, will be a key step in accelerating business uptake of electric vehicles. This partnership of two leading brands will help deliver a compelling solution for businesses," comments Chief Executive Nigel Pocklington.
