TP ICAP Promotes Philip Price To Executive Director Immediately

Mon, 03rd Sep 2018 08:20

LONDON (Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC said Monday it promoted Philip Price, its general counsel and global head of compliance, to the role of executive director of the company with immediate effect.

The interdealer broker said the promotion was a result of a review of the balance between executive and non-executive directors.

"Given the increasingly complicated and fast-paced regulatory environment in which we operate, we are certain to benefit from his considerable and wide-ranging experience," Chairman Rupert Robson said.

Shares in the FTSE 250-listed company were trading up marginally at 285.10 pence each in London on Monday.
