(Alliance News) - TOC Property Backed Lending Trust PLC said Tuesday it has postponed the payment of its quarterly dividend of 1.5 pence per share to May 4 from the original date of April 3, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The investment firm also said that the impact of the crisis on the liquidity positions of its borrowers and their ability to meet interest obligations on time, or on the timing of debt payments, remains far from certain.
In addition, in line with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's request concerning the publication of financial results, TOC Property will report its results for the year ended November 30 by the end of May at the latest.
Shares in TOC Property Backed Lending Trust were up 2.3% at 88.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
