Three Sprue Aegis Directors top step down

Smoke detectors developer Sprue Aegis announced it has undertaken several changes to its executive board as part of its move to AIM.Peter Brigham, who is currently Technical Director, will step down from his post with immediate effect, alongside the group's Business Development Director John Walsh.Both directors will remain with the company in their current senior management roles and will retain their directorships of other Sprue subsidiaries.Mr Peter Lawrence has also indicated his intention to resign as a Director of the Company once a suitable replacement has been identified.Executive Chairman Graham Whitworth said: "The reorganisation of the board is another sign of our commitment to the growth and success of the business. Both Peter and John are valuable members of the Sprue team and will continue in their senior management roles as before."WS
