(Alliance News) - Video games developer Team17 Group PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Martin Helawell as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Helawell serves as chair of FTSE 250 listed IT infrastructure provider Softcat PLC since 2018. Prior to that, he was chief executive officer of Softcat for 12 years from 2006 to 2018.
"I am delighted to welcome Martin to Team17. Martin brings a wealth of PLC experience that complements our ambitious growth aspirations and is also extremely well-versed in technology and digital markets," said Chair Chris Bell.
Shares in Team17 were up 5.1% at 303.32 pence on Tuesday.
