LONDON (Alliance News) - Surgical Innovations Group PLC said Tuesday it had entered into a new GBP3 million banking facility with Yorkshire Bank PLC in Leeds.
It will use the funds to enhance its existing services and meet increasing demand from export markets, it said.
"Yorkshire Bank has demonstrated a keen interest in supporting Surgical Innovations and their facilities will help support the company achieve its planned strategic growth objectives," said Chief Financial Officer Mike Thornton in a statement.
Shares in Surgical Innovations were trading up 4.0% at 4.68 pence Tuesday morning.
