Spire Healthcare Agrees Renewed Pricing Contract With AXA PPP

(Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC on Thursday said it has signed a long-term pricing agreement with healthcare insurance provider AXA PPP Healthcare.

The agreement has a minimum term to March 2024.

The hospitals operator said the contract represents a strengthening of the relationship between Spire and AXA PPP, and further progress in Spire Healthcare's private medical insurance business, which represented 46.5% of total sales in 2018.

Spire shares were trading 0.5% lower on Thursday in London at 114.10 pence each.
