Sirius Real Estate Adds Market Tech Chairman Sachdev As Non-Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Business park operator Sirius Real Estate Ltd on Wednesday said it has appointed Neil Sachdev as a non-executive director.

Sachdev is currently chairman of Market Tech Holdings Ltd, the owner of Camden Lock Market, and recently stepped down as a non-executive director at shopping centre operator Intu Properties PLC.

He previously held the role of group property director at J Sainsbury PLC, prior to which he served for 29 years at Tesco PLC where he rose to be stores board director, responsible for property and operations for the UK business.

"We are delighted that Neil is joining our board. With his knowledge of real estate as well as his senior board level experience, we look forward to working with him and benefiting from the knowledge he will undoubtedly bring to Sirius," Non-Executive Chairman Robert Sinclair said in a statement.

Shares in Sirius were trading down 0.8% at 0.511 pence on Wednesday morning.
