(Alliance News) - Shires Income PLC on Wednesday declared a first interim dividend of 3.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year to March 31, 2020, unchanged from prior year payment.
The dividend is payable on October 25 to shareholders on the register at close of business on October 4. The ex-dividend date October 3.
London-listed shares in the investment company closed at 258.86p each, down 0.5%.
