Sensyne Health Chair Swingland Resigns Amid Ongoing Health Issues

(Alliance News) - Sensyne Health PLC said Wednesday Chair Charles Swingland has resigned from the artificial intelligence technology firm with immediate effect amid ongoing poor health.

Swingland - chair since September - stood down at the end of the annual general meeting of the firm on Wednesday. He made the decision amid "continued ill health."

Shares in Sensyne were 2.8% lower at 116.14 pence in London on Wednesday.
