LONDON (Alliance News) - Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said it has issued 1.5 million shares from treasury at 259.50 pence each on Wednesday.
The investment trust said the share price was at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Shares in Scottish Mortgage closed down 1.2% at 260.00p on Wednesday.
