LONDON (Alliance News) - Savills PLC said Wednesday it appointed Stacey Cartwright and Florence Tondu-Melique as independent non-executive directors with effect from October.
The real estate advisor also said that Independent Non-Executive Director Charles McVeigh will step down from the board in May, after 19 years with the company.
Cartwright is currently senior independent director of the Football Association and was a non-executive director of GlaxoSmithKline PLC until 2016. She was also chief financial officer of Burberry Group PLC until 2013.
Tondu-Melique is currently chief executive officer of Zurich France.
Savills shares were flat at 772.00 pence each.
