Renewable Energy Extends Loan Maturity Date With Utilico

LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable Energy Holdings PLC Thursday said it has agreed with Utilico Investments Ltd to extend the maturity date on its loan to December 31 from July 31.

All other terms of the GBP4.25 million loan facility remain the same, Renewable Energy said, adding that the amount drawn down at present is GBP4 million.

Shares in Renewable Energy were untraded Thursday, last trading at 2.00 pence, while Utilico shares were trading up 2% at 118.29 pence.
