LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC said Friday that it has received notice of the exercise of 1.1 million warrants at a price of 0.84 pence per share.
Shares in Red Rock closed down 2.4% Friday to 1.00p each.
The GBP9,080 total has been credited to the company's account. It has issued 1.1 million new shares to be admitted on AIM on or around April 27.
The total issued share capital of the company stands at 536.0 million shares.
