Prudential Builds 8.5% Holding In SDCL Energy After Transaction (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC on Tuesday said life insurance firm Prudential PLC now holds an 8.5% interest in the investment company.

Prior to this transaction, completed on Thursday last week, FTSE 100-listed Prudential's holding, if any, was not disclosed.

SDCL Energy shares closed 1.1% higher on Tuesday at 103.88 pence each. Prudential closed up 0.5% at 1,789.00p.
