PRS REIT declares interim dividend

(Sharecast News) - PRS REIT declared an interim dividend of 1.1p per share for the third quarter of its financial year ending 30 June on Tuesday.

The FTSE 250 real estate investment trust said the entire amount would be paid as a property income distribution.

It said the dividend was related to the period from January to March, and was scheduled for payment on or around 6 June.

The ex-dividend date would be 15 May, with a record date of 16 May.

At 1105 BST, shares in the PRS REIT were down 0.17% at 115.4p.
