Proteome Sciences secures GCLP contracts worth over USD1.5 million

Tue, 06th Jan 2026 13:40

(Alliance News) - Proteome Sciences PLC on Tuesday said it has secured two further "substantial" contracts for good clinical laboratory practice work, with a combined value of more than USD1.5 million.

The London-based life sciences company said the contracts follow an announcement in December and relate to work for major biopharma clients in the US and Europe. Trial samples are expected to be shipped in late first quarter 2026, with the bulk of the work to be completed during the year.

Chief Commercial Officer Richard Dennis said: "We continue to experience strong interest in GCLP work from major biopharma clients in both the US and Europe and expect further orders to materialise in due course. These new contracts together with contracts previously secured provide a strong order book supporting our business through 2026."

Shares in Proteome were up 41% at 3.80 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
