MOSCOW< Dec 15 (Reuters) - Russia's budget has not yetreceived proceeds from a sale of a state stake in the country'slargest oil producer Rosneft, Deputy Finance MinisterAlexei Moiseev said on Thursday.
Russia's finance ministry had initially expected to receivefunds from the privatisation of the 19.5 percent stake inRosneft by Dec. 15.
