Princess Private Equity sells care provider Voyage Care

(Alliance News) - Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd on Friday said it had sold its stake in specialist care provider Voyage Care to Wren House Infrastructure Management Ltd, a London-based global infrastructure investment manager.

The Guersey-based investment holding company sold its stake in Voyage Care at a value of roughly GBP15.1 million. This is a 24% increase from its carrying value of GBP12.2 million on November 30.

Partners Group Holdings AG completed the sale on behalf of Princess.

Princess' share price fell by 0.3% to 1,172.00 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
