Prezzo exec slices off 200,000 shares

Kuldip Sehmi, an Executive Director at Italian restaurant chain Prezzo, on Monday traded in 200,000 shares, reducing his stake to 682,244 shares, equal to 0.29 per cent of the issued share capital. Sehmi, who is responsible for the day to day running of approximately half the Prezzo estate, sold the shares at 117p each for a total trade value of £234,000. While significant, the size of the transaction pales in comparison to that made by Jonathan Kaye, the group's Chief Executive Officer, and two of its Non-Executive Directors, last month, when they each traded in a 1.3m share slice of the company.
