(Alliance News) - XLMedia PLC on Tuesday said that a French investment company has acquired a stake in the company.
Premier Investissement SAS built the 6.0% holding following a transaction on Monday.
Premier's holding in XLMedia prior to the purchase was not stated.
Shares in the company closed 3.5% higher at 64.40 pence each in London on Tuesday.
