Premier Foods Makes Acting CFO Leggett Into Permanent Finance Chief

(Alliance News) - Premier Foods PLC on Tuesday said it has confirmed its acting chief financial officer, Duncan Leggett, as permanent CFO.

Leggett joined the St Albans-based company, which owns the Mr Kipling brand, in 2011 and became acting CFO in August 2019.

Before becoming CFO, he was director of Financial Control & Corporate Development at Premier Foods, having held various senior finance roles such as group financial controller.

Shares in Premier Foods were down 0.9% at 38.65 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
