Playtech has agreed to buy PokerStrategy.com for 38.3m euros in cash to boost its online poker business.The UK gaming company said it would use existing funds to buy the Gibraltar-based company. It said PokerStrategy would give it access to the world's biggest independent poker community with more than 6.0m members.PokerStrategy made pre-tax profit of €19.5m in the last calendar year though it has lost two of its biggest customers. Those customers are still paying fees.Playtech said cost and revenue gains from the deal meant it would add to earnings. Playtech
