LONDON (Alliance News) - Paternoster Resources PLC said Wednesday it has raised GBP500,000 in a share placing as it seeks further investment opportunities.
The investment company, focused on the natural resources sector, placed 500 million shares at 0.1 pence each.
Paternoster shares were trading down 7.3% at 0.095p each, on Wednesday afternoon.
Chairman Nicholas Lee said: "I am delighted that the progress of the company is being recognised and that our strategy is being well supported by our shareholders. We are continuing to see a number of exciting investment opportunities and are confident in being able to deploy our investment funds effectively."
