(Alliance News) - NMCN PLC said Thursday director Stuart Proud will retire on March 31, after over 40 years with the company.
The engineering and construction firm said Proud will continue as a director of the Water business segment until his retirement, but has stepped down from the NMCN board.
NMCN shares were trading 3.3% lower in London at 534.50 pence each on Thursday.
