LONDON (Alliance News) - NMC Health PLC said on Friday it has appointed Tarek Alnabulsi as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Alnabulsi will be joining the FTSE 100-listed private healthcare operator, as part of NMC Health's move to expand into Saudi Arabia.
Alnabulsi was previously a non-executive director at Saudi Arabian insurance company United Assurance Co for five years since 2014.
"We welcome Tarek Alnabulsi to the NMC Health board. As part of our search requirements, the Nominations Committee focussed on expertise and experience of Saudi Arabia as a key criteria for our search given the company's expansion plans into the kingdom. We are delighted that Tarek has agreed to join our board and we look forward to his guidance as part of our future strategic decisions," said Joint Chair Mark Tompkins.
Shares in NMC Health were up 4.1% at 2,565.00 pence on Friday.
