Ncondezi Energy Director Jacek Glowacki Resigns Over Personal Issues

(Alliance News) - Africa focused power producer Ncondezi Energy Ltd on Monday said Non-Executive Director Jacek Glowacki has resigned with immediate effect due to personal issues.

Hanno Pengilly, chief executive of Ncondezi, said: "The board would like to thank Jacek for his invaluable support and guidance throughout his Directorship. We wish him well in the future."

Ncondezi Energy shares in London were down 2.4% at 5.12 pence each on Monday afternoon.
