LONDON (Alliance News) - Soco International PLC on Friday said Merlon International LLC now holds 16.5% interest in the oil & gas exploration and production company after a transaction on Wednesday.
Prior to that, the holding of Merlon International, if any, was not reported.
Soco International shares closed 0.3% lower on Friday at 69.00 pence each.
