Maven Income & Growth VCT To Pay 2 Pence Per Share Interim Dividend

(Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT PLC declared a 2.00 pence per share interim dividend for its financial year ending February 2020.

The dividend will be paid November 22. The venture capital trust also confirmed that its August 31 net asset value was 48.48p per share and drew attention to the fact "that the effect of paying dividends is to reduce the NAV of the company by the total cost of the distribution".

Shares in Maven Income & Growth closed down 2.2% at 44.60p in London on Tuesday.
