(Alliance News) - Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC on Tuesday confirmed the net asset value of the company and declared a final dividend in respect of its recently ended financial year.
The venture capital trust said it will pay a final dividend of 1.10 pence per share in respect of its year ended November 30, as it affirmed that its net asset value at that period-end stood at 37.37 pence per share.
The stock was was untraded on Tuesday afternoon in London, last quoted at 32.60 pence each.
The dividend will be paid on May 1 to shareholders on the register at the end of the day March 27.
