Feb 15 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Friday:

WALL STREET TO OPEN LITTLE CHANGED AHEAD OF DATA

Wall Street was set to open little changed on Friday,continuing a trend this week of thin trading and tight moves,with the S&P 500 struggling to extend its weekly streak of gainsto seven.

S&P 500 futures were unchanged but below fair value,a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interestrates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. DowJones industrial average futures fell 12 points, andNasdaq 100 futures edged up 2 points.

** HERBALIFE LTD, Thursday close $38.27, up 18 pctpremarket

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn said in a regulatory filingthat he owns 14 million shares, or 13 percent, of theweight-loss and vitamin company and signaled that he is ready tohelp put the company in play.

** TRANSOCEAN LTD, Thursday close $59.30, down 3.2pct premarket

A federal judge on Thursday accepted a guilty plea by therig contractor for violating the U.S. Clean Water Act along witha $400 million criminal fine for its role in the 2010 disasterat BP Plc's Macondo well.

Deutsche Bank downgraded the company's stock to "sell" from"hold," according to Streetinsider.com.

** WAL-MART STORES INC, Thursday close $70.82, down2 pct premarket

The company's British supermarket arm, Asda, said onThursday it had discovered horse DNA in its beef bolognese sauceand was withdrawing that product and three others from itsstores.

** KRAFT FOODS GROUP INC, Thursday close $47.16

The company said fourth-quarter revenue likely declinedabout 11 percent from a year earlier mainly due to reductions intrade inventories, but raised its earnings forecast for 2013.

** QLIK TECHNOLOGIES INC, Thursday close $22.76, up17 pct premarket

The business software maker's quarterly results beatanalysts' estimates on higher license sales mainly in theAmericas.

At least five brokerages raised the target price on thecompany's stock.

** GLEACHER & CO INC, Thursday close $0.94

The investment bank said it agreed to sell its mortgagelending unit ClearPoint to Ocwen Financial Corp andended its search for a potential capital infusion or abuyer.

** LOGMEIN INC, Thursday close $23.66, down 25 pctpremarket

The remote-access software maker forecast first-quarterearnings below analysts' expectations on higher tax rate.

** BURGER KING WORLDWIDE INC, Thursday close $16.58,up 3.8 pct premarket

The fast-food chain on Friday reported a 94 percent rise infourth-quarter profit as menu additions drove comparable salesgains in the United States and Canada.

** J.M. SMUCKER CO Thursday close $92.16

The maker of Jif peanut butter and Folgers coffee reportedbetter-than-expected quarterly profit, helped by rising sales ofits higher-margin coffee K-Cups and peanutbutter.

** CAMPBELL SOUP CO, Thursday close $38.72

The company reported higher-than-expected quarterly profiton Friday, helped by its recent acquisition of BolthouseFarms.

** TRW AUTOMOTIVE HOLDINGS CORP, Thursday close$59.83, up 2 pct premarket

The auto parts supplier posted a stronger-than-expectedquarterly profit on Friday.

** QUICKSILVER RESOURCES INC, Thursday close $2.37,

Barclays cut the target price on the natural gas producer'sstock to $2.50 from $3

** VF Corp, Thursday close $152.81

The owner of clothing brands like The North Face, Wranglerand Lee, posted a bigger quarterly profit on Friday, as itsflagship brands grew in Asia and other markets, and the companyforecast a strong year ahead.

** MYLAN INC, Thursday close $29.16

A U.S. appeals court on Thursday upheld a lower court rulingthat found the formulation patent for AstraZeneca's anti-psychotic drug Seroquel XR was valid and had been infringedby Mylan Inc MYL.O and other companies seeking to sell genericversions of the medicine.

** AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY INC, Thursdayclose $44.77

The company forecast earnings for 2013, in line with whatanalysts had expected.

** PARKER DRILLING CO, Thursday close $6.11

The company said it reached a settlement with U.S.regulators investigating charges of bribery in Kazakhstan andNigeria, and estimated a surprise loss for the fourth quarter.

** DOW CHEMICAL CO, Thursday close $32.49, up 0.64pct premarket

The largest U.S. chemical maker by revenue will buy back upto $1.5 billion of its shares and the company said it wasconfident about its earnings, cash flow and growth potential.

** IPG PHOTONICS CORP Thursday's close $69.48, down9 pct premarket

The specialized laser maker reported a quarterly profit thatmissed analysts'expectations as margins fell.

** CBS CORP, Thursday close $42.94, down 1.2 pctpremarket

The company reported a 6 percent gain in fourth-quarterprofit on Thursday, boosted by political advertising on its TVnetworks and higher revenue from cable channel fees.

** B&G FOODS INC, Thursday close $32.24, down 7 pctpremarket

The company reported a fourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** GENERAC HOLDINGS INC, Thursday close $35.63,down 1.5 pct premarket

Goldman Sachs cut its rating on the generator maker to"sell" from "neutral", according to Benzinga.com.

** ARMOUR RESIDENTIAL REIT INC, Thursday close$6.70, down 1.6 pct premarket

Deutsche Bank cut its rating on the real estate investmenttrust to "hold" from "buy", according to Benzinga.com.

** AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC, Thursday close $44.58,down 4 pct premarket

The medical device maker cut its outlook for 2013 afterreporting first-quarter results below analysts' estimates assales of its electronic instruments declined.

** PROCTER & GAMBLE CO, Thursday close $76.78, down 1pct premarket

The company said it will take one-time charges of between$200 million to $275 million after tax in 2013 due toVenezuela's latest currency devaluation, resulting in lowerprofits.

** DATALINK CORP, Thursday close $9.27, up 10 pctpremarket

The company, which manages servers and networks, reported afourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** MONSANTO CO, Thursday close $102.00

A 75-year-old Indiana grain farmer will take on the globalseed giant at the U.S. Supreme Court next week in a patentbattle that could have ramifications for the biotechnologyindustry and possibly the future of food production.

** DIRECTV, Thursday close $50.21

The satellite TV provider warned that Venezuela's recentcurrency devaluation will crimp its results this year and saidit was still considering buying Brazilian telecom operator GVT.

** GOOGLE INC, Thursday close $787.82

The company's privacy practices are drawing heat after anAustralian software developer said the company was providing himwith personal information, including email addresses, ofeveryone who purchased his mobile app.

** DELL INC, Thursday close $13.71

Chief Executive Michael Dell, aiming to clinch a $24.4billion deal to take the No. 3 PC maker private, agreed to valuehis 16 percent stake in the company at about 2 percent below theprice offered to other shareholders, company filings on Thursdayshowed.

** NETFLIX INC, Thursday close $187.40

The company won the dismissal of a shareholder lawsuitaccusing the dominant U.S. video rental and streaming company ofinflating its share price by concealing its rising costs, evenas insiders like Chief Executive Reed Hastings sold millions ofdollars of stock.

** AT&T Inc, Thursday close $35.29

The company won a ruling from a federal appeals court onThursday in a lawsuit against liquid crystal display panelmakers alleging a price-fixing conspiracy.

** COSTCO WHOLESALE CORP, Thursday close $102.02
