LiteBulb Group Secures Deals With Epic Rights And Nickelodeon

LONDON (Alliance News) - Branded-product developer LiteBulb Group Ltd Monday said it has been appointed a creative partner to US branding, marketing and rights management company Epic Rights Inc and has closed a deal with Nickelodeon to produce five style guides for the cable and satellite television network.

The two deals are set to bring in around GBP500,000 in annual revenue to LiteBulb.

LiteBulb said its PowerStation Studios subsidiary has signed a partnership with Los Angeles-based Epic Rights to work as the creative partner of the company across its entire portfolio on licensing and merchandising, along with advertising and new brand acquisition work.

In addition, LiteBulb has finalised a deal with Nickelodeon, owned by Viacom Inc, to work with the company's US and UK offices to produce style and trend guides for Nickelodeon-related fashion items associated with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Paw Patrol cartoons.

"We are delighted to have signed these agreements with Epic and Viacom. In total we expect these clients to contribute at least GBP500,000 to our revenues annually with further potential upside," said LiteBulb Chief Executive Simon McGivern.

"The ability to continue to work with such leading brands and global brand management firms confirms that LiteBulb is becoming more widely recognised as a strong creative force that can powerfully enhance brand value," McGivern added.

LiteBulb shares were up 4.2% to 0.964 pence in morning trade on Monday.
