LONDON (Alliance News) - Legendary Investments PLC said Monday it has appointed the former managing director of Grenfell Consulting Ltd to its board.
Nicholas Monson has joined the investment company as a non-executive director with immediate effect. In addition to his directorship at Grenfell Consulting, Monson has also been a director at Carlton Financial Structures Ltd.
"The holdings within the company are potentially within sight of realising valuations on aggregate, substantively in excess of the cost to Legendary Investments of their original purchase price," said Monson.
Shares in Legendary were up 7.8% at 0.097 pence on Monday.
