(Alliance News) - Law Debenture Corp PLC said Wednesday former BlackRock Inc executive Claire Finn has been appointed non-executive director at the investment trust and professional services business from early September.
Finn - the former UK head of Blackrock's unit linked & platforms business - will join Law Debenture from September 2.
Law Debenture Chair Robert Hingley said he was "delighted" that Finn was joining the firm.
"She has a strong record of strategic leadership in the fund management field and has a skillset that will complement the board's existing expertise," Hingley added. "She will bring a welcome new perspective to the board's strategic oversight and management of the Law Debenture group."
Shares in Law Debenture were marginally higher at 562.20 pence in London on Wednesday.
