LONDON (Alliance News) - Gocompare.com Group PLC on Wednesday said JPMorgan Chase & Co and Toscafund Asset Management LLP, both reduced holdings in the financial services comparison website in a transaction on Monday.
JPMorgan Chase & Co cut its stake to below a notifiable level, having previously held 6.1% interest.
Meanwhile, Toscafund Asset Management lowered its stake to 12% from 22%.
Shares in Gocompare were trading 3.4% higher on Wednesday at 101.20 pence each.
