(Alliance News) - Telford Homes PLC on Tuesday said JPMorgan Chase & Co held a 5.6% stake in the developer after a deal on Thursday last week.
JPMorgan Chase held 4.1 million shares, equivalent to a 5.4% stake, and financial instruments equivalent to 126,701 shares or a 0.2% stake, putting its total holding at 5.6%.
JPMorgan's holding prior to the deal was not disclosed.
Shares in Telford Homes closed up 0.3% at 349.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
