Jardine Lloyd Thompson Hires Barclays' Charlie Rozes As Finance Chief

LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits company Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Charlie Rozes as its new finance director.

Rozes replaces Mike Reynolds, who is moving to become chief executive of JLT Re, the group's reinsurance arm.

Rozes will join on September 1 and joins from his role as global head of investor relations at bank Barclays PLC.

Shares in Jardine Lloyd Thompson were up 1.2% to 1,052.00 pence on Wednesday morning.
