LONDON (Alliance News) - 4d Pharma PLC said Janus Henderson Group PLC increased stake in the pharmaceutical company to 5.2% after a transaction on Tuesday.
Janus Henderson raised its holding to 3.4 million shares, equivalent to a 5.2% stake. It has not been disclosed how many shares Janus Henderson held in the company prior to the transaction.
Shares in 4d Pharma closed up 1.6% at 137.15 pence per share on Tuesday.
