Mon, 29th Mar 2021 09:19

(Alliance News) - James Fisher & Sons PLC on Monday said it will kick off a search for a new finance chief as Stuart Kilpatrick will leave the role before the end of April.

Kilpatrick has held the post of finance director at the marine services company since December 2010. He will step down from April 29, the date of James Fisher's annual general meeting.

"On behalf of the board I would like to thank Stuart for his dedication and exceptional service to James Fisher. Stuart has made an outstanding contribution to the strategic development and financial management of the group," Chair Malcolm Paul said.
