DUBLIN, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Ireland's unemployment rate,
including those receiving temporary COVID-19 jobless benefit,
fell to 14.4% in July from a revised 16.2% in June as the
economy continued to reopen, the state statistics agency said on
Thursday.
Excluding recipients of the Pandemic Unemployment Payment,
which offers a higher rate and will be phased out in the coming
months, the unemployment rate stood at 7.4% in July from 6.8% in
June, the Central Statistics Office said.
